EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We rented a trailer for father's day weekend. We took a trip up to Pine Flats camp ground near sedona. Unfortunately, we were evacuated on the second day due to the Picket fire and had to return home early. Everything in the trailer works perfectly well. The bed that is at the front of the trailer is very comfortable. My 6'6" son was able to sleep on the bottom of the bunk beds. The controls for the trailer were easy to use. The refrigerator and freezer also worked very well. The trailer we rented is not brand new and has cosmetic issues but those didn't bother us. The trailer is very easy to set up and level. During pickup, we discovered that my 7-pin connector was having issues with their Bluetooth brake controller (my trucks fault). After spending over 30 minutes under my truck trying to troubleshoot it with me, they went above and beyond — driving the camper all the way to my house (in the opposite direction) so I could still use it with a different truck for my trip. The camper itself was perfect: clean, tidy, and fully stocked with cookware, games, and everything you’d need. The included generator was the cherry on top. Great pricing, an even better camper, and incredible owners who genuinely care ! (seriously, I mean that) Thank you!! We took advantage of the option to have it delivered & picked up from our home. The camper is similar to others we found for rent, yet we preferred this camper as it has the slide out which makes it feel so much larger.
