Cozy Camper Rentals LLC (“we,” “us”) rents travel trailers in Maricopa and Chandler, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through azcozycampers.com and our related booking and chat tools, how we use it, and who it is shared with.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), and message.
- Bookings and reservations: name, contact details, trip dates, delivery or pickup details, and payment information, handled through our booking system (crm.azccr.us). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat widget. Conversations are stored and used to review and improve the assistant. If a conversation includes customer personal information (such as a name, phone number, email, or reservation details), that information is deleted.
- Email list: your name and email address if you subscribe or have booked or contacted us and we add you to our email list. We send campaigns with Listmonk, an email tool we host and run ourselves, so subscriber data stays on our own servers rather than with an outside email-marketing company.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics and standard server logs.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, quote and confirm reservations, and arrange pickup or delivery.
- To process payments, deposits, and refunds.
- To send occasional news, offers, and trip tips by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
- To operate and improve the website and chat assistant, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI chat assistant (DeepSeek)
Our website chat assistant is powered by a large language model (LLM) from DeepSeek. When you use the chat, the messages you send, along with the context needed to answer them, are transmitted to DeepSeek’s service to generate a reply. Please avoid entering personal or sensitive information in the chat, such as payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or passwords. Chat replies are automated and may be inaccurate; your confirmed reservation details and our written terms always control. If you would rather not use the AI assistant, use the contact form or call us at (520) 222-9024.
DeepSeek is operated by a company based outside the United States, so information you send through the chat may be processed in other countries. DeepSeek handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Third-party services
We rely on the following providers, each of which may receive limited information as described:
- DeepSeek: AI language model for the chat assistant (see above).
- Google Analytics: site usage statistics, using cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and provides security and delivery services, so it processes request data such as IP address and browser details. It also runs Turnstile spam protection on the contact form, which checks browser signals to tell humans from bots.
- Elfsight / Google: display of our Google reviews.
- Stripe: payment processing for deposits and rentals, under Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Booking system (crm.azccr.us): to manage reservations and your account.
- Email delivery: contact form messages are delivered to us by email.
- Social links (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile) lead to those sites, which have their own privacy practices.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and the services above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like the booking widget, may not work without them.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. Contact us using the details below.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
