Yes, due to state and insurance requirements the driver and primary renter must be age 25 years or older.

Our campers come fully equipped with basic essentials, including cooking tools including knives, a pot, a lighter, paper towel, trash can, and toilet paper. Check the listing for specific details.

No special license is required, but you must have a vehicle capable of safely towing the camper. We can provide towing specs if needed.

You’ll need a 2 5/16 hitch ball with a 7,500 - 10,000lb rating. If you don’t have one, we have one available for an small additional fee.

You should contact your insurance company to validate if coverage extends to a camper rental. We offer and recommend additional liability insurance that extends to you the renter through our partner.

Purchasing an insurance addendum through MBA Insurance extends coverage to you, the Renter, from your Rental Operator’s policy. Coverage includes Minimum Financial Responsibility Split Limits of Liability only.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. It will be returned after the camper is inspected upon return and free of damages, overages, or additional cleaning fees. The security deposit is $750 (or $1,500 for festivals). It is authorized to the credit card used at time of booking

Yes. If allowed, a pet fee may apply. Please review our pet policy before booking and let us know how many and the types.

No, smoking or vaping inside the camper is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged for any smoke-related damage.

Late returns may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.

The camper must be returned in the same condition it was rented. This includes emptying black/waste tank, emptying gray tank, microwave, stovetop/oven, cooking tools, propane tanks refilled, bunk(s), dinette and countertops, bathroom vanity, shower and toilet. Additional cleaning fees may apply if not returned properly.

Any damages to the camper will be assessed upon return. If damage occurs during your rental, your security deposit will be immediately held and be used to cover repair and cleaning costs. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage. If damages exceed security deposit, an insurance claim will be filed and renter will be responsible for deductible of $1,500.

Yes, as long as your vehicle is properly equipped and meets the weight requirements. We will provide you with towing specifications when you book. We will ask for the Year, Make, and Model of your vehicle at the time of securing your reservation. If we feel it is unsafe or outside of legal limits, we reserve the right to deny or cancel your reservation. Ultimately, it is the renters responsibility to confirm tow vehicle capacity.

All tow vehicles must be equipped with a brake controller and 7-pin connector. This is a legal and safety requirement due to the weight of the campers and the electric brakes.
