These terms govern your use of the azcozycampers.com website, its booking and reservation tools, and our chat assistant (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover use of the Site only. Camper rentals themselves, including pricing, deposits, cancellations, and renter responsibilities, are covered separately in the agreement you accept when you book.

Using the Site

Information on the Site, including availability, pricing, photos, and specifications, may change and is provided for general information. A reservation is not confirmed until we confirm it. You agree to provide accurate information when using the contact form or booking tools.

AI chat assistant

The chat assistant uses a third-party large language model (DeepSeek) and generates automated responses. It may make mistakes and cannot create or change a reservation, price, or policy by itself. Verify important details in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Conversations may be stored to review and improve the assistant (see our Privacy Policy), so please avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in the chat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, bypass spam protection, probe for vulnerabilities, submit false bookings, or use the chat assistant to generate harmful or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, photographs, logos, and design, belongs to Cozy Camper Rentals LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of links.

Third-party services

The Site includes services run by others (for example booking, payments, reviews, analytics, and AI). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Camper Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
